Fall

Well fall is here (although by the temperatures lately it still feels like late summer) and for the girls this is a new experience, since they have never since leaves fall from a tree. I was hoping for a bit more color on the trees, but the colors were dull compared to years past. Nevertheless the girls are fascinated by the falling of the leaves and how it feels like to jump on top of a pile. They are also looking forward to Halloween. They are already planning what they will wear. We might go to Milwaukee for Trick or Treating, since my dad is still in ICU. He is doing a bit better, but this fact has been very stressful for me. This week after a friend told me that I needed to relax, I followed her advice and basically decided to stop worrying about my dad. I decided I needed to stop worrying about him and concentrating on what needed to be done around our house, the girls etc. and just see him once during the weekend. The process of just giving up this worry has done wonders for me and for the girls. I am less stressed about it and I think that brings less stress to the household.

Here are some pictures of the girls enjoying fall. I promised pictures this time and like they say, pictures speak louder than words.
